DCS Substance Use Disorder Assessment

A substance use assessment is utilized in order to evaluate a client's substance use, their level of functioning, and the appropriate entrance into substance use treatment services.

Assessments include:

•     Bio-Psychosocial assessment
•     Administration of Substance Abuse Subtle Screening Inventory
•     Recommendations regarding treatment needed
