Provide home-based casework and therapy in the Indiana counties of: Bartholomew, Boon, Brown, Clay, Crawford, Daviess, Dearborn, Decatur, DuBois, Gibson, Greene, Hendricks, Jackson, Jefferson, Jennings, Johnson, Knox, Lawrence, Marion, Martin, Monroe, Montgomery, Morgan, Ohio, Orange, Owen, Parke, Perry, Pike, Posey, Putnam, Ripley, Shelby, Spencer, Sullivan, Switzerland, Vanderburgh, Vermillion, Vigo, Warrick.

A Home-Based Case Worker must have one of the following:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
• Associates Degree and 4 years/ experience providing services to families.
• High School Diploma/GED and 4 years' experience providing services to families.

Therapists require a Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field - License preferred but not required. . Supervision for licensure is available.

Experience working with families, children, day cares, or youth groups helpful.

Duties could include:

  • Supervising visits between children in foster care and their parents
  • Teaching parenting skills
  • Helping families with resources such as food banks, finding appropriate housing
  • Providing therapeutic interventions to adults, youth and families

Provide supervised visitation, case management, and parent education services. This opportunity includes working with youth on probation and other home based social services.

Services are provided in the client's home and in the community. Training provided. Must be able to work evenings, at least one weekend day and have reliable transportation.
Must be organized, assertive, and have mature judgment.

Therapist-($3000 Bonus ) - Indianapolis, IN

Therapy / Social Work/Ireland Home Based Services -
Openings in Marion Co and 40 other Southern Indiana Counties.
Therapists will earn a minimum of $53,000 annually (with potential increase based on experience)for those who are clinically licensed in the fields of Social Work, Mental Health Counseling and Marriage and Family Therapy.
Therapists holding an LSW, LMHC-a or LMFT-a will earn a minimum of $47,500 annually (with potential increase based on experience). Those with temporary licenses or those who are not licensed eligible, but hold a Master's degree in a Human Service-related field and meet certain education requirements at a minimum of $21.53 an hour.

It's an exciting time here at IHBS, as we have earned the Joint Commission accreditation for Behavioral Health Care, and we are continuing to grow! We are looking for therapists to join our team of over 300 professionals providing cutting edge multi-modal interventions in Family Preservation and Social Work. We provide services to adolescents, children and families in the client's homes, including working with youth on probation.

An individual who may be eligible for the therapist position here at IHBS will meet the qualifications of one of the following:

-Master's or Doctorate degree with a current license issued by the Indiana Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board
-Master's degree with a temporary permit issued by the Indiana Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board
-Master's degree in related human services field having completed a minimum of 24 post-secondary semester hours in a qualifying human services degree field.

At IHBS, we offer generous pay and benefits including health, vision, and dental insurance, retirement plan and paid time off starting at 90 days. Full time openings, hours will include evenings and potentially some weekends. Supervision for additional licensure available.

You would be required to travel to multiple counties per week. We currently offer mileage reimbursement or use of a company car after 90 days if employed full-time and BMV requirements are met.
